2 Weeks Of Not Necessarily Noir Films At The Roxie

James Caan in Michael Mann's debut THIEF - Playing 8/31

From Aug 20 to Sept 2 the Roxie theatre will be showing two films for the price of one (only $10.00) in a series their calling Not Necessarily Noir.  The program features films that are, well… not necessarily noir.

From the original Invasion Of The Body Snatchers to Harvey Keitel‘s naked portrayal of a corrupt cop in Bad Lieutenant, there is sure to be something in at least one of these entertaining genre pictures to satisfy your not so noirish cinematic needs.  There is sure to be more pulp floating around the Roxie in these two weeks than an entire Tropicana citrus orchard.  Check out the full schedule after the jump.
