Too Early To Reboot Inception? “No”, I Mean “Whoa”, Says Keanu Reeves

I'm totally in your dreams, dude

Reboots are usually reserved for films that were either poorly received (Ang Lee‘s Hulk was rebooted into The Incredible Hulk with Edward Norton), or franchise films that have grown stale with every subsequent release such as Superman and James Bond.  Both have undergone the reboot treatment, though only the latter of the two was considered successful.

So if reboots are usually reserved for poorly received films and films that have grown stale, then could somebody please explain to me why Christopher Nolan‘s highly acclaimed Inception has already been remade, and with Keanu Reeves!  For God’s sake, the film is still in theaters.

Unbelievable right?  When I first heard this I couldn’t believe it either, but after seeing the trailer I have to admit it actually looks like it could be as good as the original.  Check out the trailer after the jump and tell me Reeves won’t be as good or even better than DiCaprio.

Haha. Oh Bill and Ted. They should make another one to turn it into a trilogy. Might be the best trilogy of all time.
