Look Who Is Bringing Murder And Mayhem To Paris

Leading the way in what is Scheduled to be the first of hopefully many more horror film anthologies is the collaborative effort, Paris, I’ll Kill You.  As you might have already figured out by the film’s title, my expectations for this film is that it will be similar to 2006’s Paris, Je t’aime, only this time with a lot more blood.

Even though the poster for this film boasts 10 directors, so far only 8 have yet to sign on, including Joe Dante (Gremlins), Paco Plaza (REC) and Vincenzo Natali (Cube).  Oddly enough, Wes Craven (A Nightmare On elm Street, Scream) who contributed to Paris, Je t’aime is absent from this production.

Personally, I’m pretty psyched for this project, and have always loved the idea of a bunch of talented directors coming together to collaborate on one project, sort of like a rap or rock supergroup.

I’m not sure of the production status on this project, but I do know that the producers are looking at a 2011 release date.  Click on the jump for the full lineup of directors taking part in this film so far.
