New To San Francisco Theaters Starting Friday, November 4th

Revenge of The Electric Car

 

Director Chris Paine takes his film crew behind the closed doors of Nissan, GM, and the Silicon Valley start-up Tesla Motors to chronicle the story of the global resurgence of electric cars.

Sarah’s Key (Opera Plaza Cinema)

In modern-day Paris, a journalist finds her life becoming entwined with a young girl whose family was torn apart during the notorious Vel’ d’Hiv Roundup in 1942.

Sutro’s: The Palace at Lands End (Balboa Theatre)

A full length documentary film about San Francisco’s privately owned swimming, ice skating and museum complex built in the late 19th century.
