Mutiny For Movies

Good news for Bay Area filmmakers, San Francisco now has a new screening venue just for you.  San Francisco’s Mutiny Radio & Cafe (2781 21st street), a collectively run community space, formally known as Pirate Cat Radio are seeking out local directors who wish to show their latest work.

Mutiny is unlike any other cafe in the city. You can order their famous bacon maple latte as seen on Anthony Bourdain‘s “No Reservations”, listen to some live music, or just kick it on the couch while watching a live radio broadcast.  Now, with the new addition of a projector and a white wall, Mutiny is opening their doors to directors who wish to show their work.

Click on the jump for info on how to get your movie shown and to see a clip of Bourdain at the cafe.  Mention the next time you go to Mutiny Cafe and get $1.00 off any specialty drink.

If you are a director (professional or ametuer) who wants to show your film here please contact me.
